In the morning of Apr.26th, Euroway’s language expert, Jennifer Empson, who is a multilingual person and has three bachelor degrees, was invited by Shanghai Children’s palace to give a speech about Multilingualism.

 

  During the speech, Jennifer talked about the recent research on the bilingual education as well as how to promote children's EQ and IQ, etc.through bilingual education. She pointed out that learning a foreign language should be more simple and more natural and the sooner the better. She also said that learning another language makes the kids understand the grammar of their own language more easily and helps them express themselves better.  Their mind will be more flexible, and the ability to solve problems also will be improved. She strongly stressed that learning a second language will not delay the kids in learning their own language. In fact, it can promote the learning of their own language.   Jennifer said that one of the best gifts that the parents can offer their kids is to give them the chance to learn a second language.

 

In the end, the speech was received warm applause from the parents.
