Our Policies

Students can start their lessons after they've paid all fees. Once the class begins, we will not give back the tuition even if you want to stop your courses.

If your class doesn't begin because of  a fault on the school's behalf and the class still can't begin after it has been postponed for four weeks, we will arrange for you to transfer, join another class of the same course or return all of your tuition fee.

Because of your warm-hearted recommendation, more and more students will have access to Euroway language learning. We've set up the incentive system to thank you for your recommendations to others. First, if  you want to introduce or recommend a new student to our school, you may demand the recommendation card from the front desk. Fill in the card and sign. Depending on the card, the new student can turn in the registration fee. Next, every time when you introduce or recommend a new student to our school, you will obtain a complimentary ticket confirmed by Euroway. It can exempt your tuition fee of 80RMB. You may use it accumulatively, but you can't exchange it for RMB and may not use it to pay for material fees. A complimentary ticket is valid only under the recommendatory and be confirmed. The term of validity is 9 months. If you lose it , we will not make up for it.
